    Shipping policy

    After you receive your order confirmation email, your order will be shipped either the same day or the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays; see cutoff times below). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    Please note that due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer shipping times. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to extra safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays. 

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    We always aim to ship stock orders on the same day we receive them. As each courier company has a different collection time from our warehouse it is important to note the following cutoff times for same-day shipping.

    International Shipping

    A list of countries that we ship to can be found on our website at checkout. Simply, if you put in your country address, if we ship there, your order will go through.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thelanguagetheater.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    Please handle your book with care and love as we currently do not accept returns, however in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@thelanguagetheater.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
